It seems this strip should have come before the last one right? I had to do the t-shirts before going to Japan which is why the order is reversed. The Japanese Peckinpaw T-Shirt is available at the ICECUBES store in 12 awesome colors. Giant printed artwork size of 14″x12″ on front of shirt, super top quality. I bought one and wore it in Tokyo to the approval of random strangers on the subway. They gave me the “thumbs up!”

Dallas Webcomic Expo

ICECUBES had a table at Strip-The Dallas Webcomic Expo on Saturday, Aug. 6. We had a real good time and got to meet some great folks. Leroy Brown drawing a commission. I drew some commissions and got to meet great ICECUBES fans. It’s really a lot of fun to meet people who read and enjoy ICECUBES the comic strip.

I met fellow cartoonists Mark Stokes who draws Zombie Boy Comics (http://www.zombieboycomics.com/) and Brian Powers who draws Liltoon (http://liltoon.com/tv/) Brad Diller who draws Funday Morning Cartoons (http://cartoons.fundaymorning.com/) and Kit Lively (http://www.kitlively.com). You should definitely check out their comics.

Security was tight! I need to mention that I also met Hector Cantu who writes the syndicated strip Baldo, Chris Jeffery from Cartridge Comics as well as David Wilborn from Urban Jungle who very graciously introduced himself. I also want to thank everyone who stopped by the table and chatted- it was great to meet you all!

Hello folks, we’re getting ready for Dallas Webcomics Con, otherwise known as Strip. This should be a lot of fun. We will have a small table and I will be there to meet and greet. I will present my Kickstarter project for ICECUBES the Book! And I will be drawing for those fans who might like a signed ICECUBES drawing! Also I will be selling some artwork, like this hand painted strip:

Welcome back friends! You surely noticed we were off the air for a short time while we changed web hosts. We are very excited to be with our new host Hostgator. I’m not trying to make an ad for them, but they have been so helpful that I just want to extend my thanks! Restoring the database meant that we used a backup so the last comic didn’t make the cut, so here it is in all it’s glory. Befittingly, the theme is happiness. Happiness for me is getting ICECUBES back up and running! Hooray!! Thanks for being patient and as we redesign the site to be even better, I hope you’ll feel the love! 🙂 Leroy Brown
